Immigration and Protection Tribunal record

No published tribunal decisions were matched to the immigration advisers currently at this firm. Matching is conservative: decisions name the representative by initial and surname only, so a decision is counted only where that name points to one person with certainty. Most immigration work never reaches the tribunal at all.

Immigration Advisers Complaints and Disciplinary Tribunal decisions

Published decisions of the Immigration Advisers Complaints and Disciplinary Tribunal concerning immigration advisers currently at Uni-Tech Immigration Consultancy. A decision may predate their time at this firm, and is not itself a finding of wrongdoing: read each outcome, as some complaints are dismissed.
