    Every licensed immigration adviser has a page built from the IAA public register: licence status and type, years licensed, the licence number, and a button to the register itself. Immigration lawyers' pages are researched from public sources and checked against the Law Society register.

    Only decisions that name you with certainty

    Published Immigration and Protection Tribunal decisions name the representative by initial and surname only, so a decision is shown on your page only where that name points to you with certainty. A share of appeals allowed shows only where 5 or more were decided.

What immigration advisers and immigration lawyers ask

The IAA register is public, and everyone on it, current and former, has a page here, refreshed every month. Immigration lawyers are researched from public sources and checked against the New Zealand Law Society register. A page states those facts and nothing more; it is not an endorsement.

Your page costs nothing. Paid plans, for your own words and a link on the page, are published when accounts open. No plan changes where anyone appears in a list.

Not at the moment: every real page shows initials in the picture slot. The pictures on the example pages are AI-generated, to show the slot filled, and the people and firms on them are invented.

Decisions name the representative by initial and surname only, so an appeal is matched to a page only where that name points to one person with certainty. Report a missing decision on the corrections page with its reference, and it is checked against the decision itself.

Use the form on the corrections page, with the page's address and what is wrong. If your details are wrong on the IAA register itself, update them with the Immigration Advisers Authority first: this site follows the register at its next monthly refresh.
