- Nalesoni Tupou pleaded guilty to two charges of misconduct under the Law Practitioners Act 1982, one of them that he was reckless in filing a memorandum with the court containing false and misleading particulars. The New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal censured him, ordered that from 1 May 2010 he not practise as a solicitor on his own account unless it authorised him to, and ordered him to pay costs of $10,000.
