How supervision works
A first licence is provisional. The holder works under the direct supervision of an immigration adviser with a full licence, under a supervision agreement the Registrar approves, before upgrading to a full licence. Supervision is a stage in licensing, not a rating of either immigration adviser.

The directory lists every fully licensed immigration adviser the register records as a supervisor, now or before.
